1. General Terms

b99bet is an online entertainment and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions set out in this document form a legal agreement between b99bet and its users. Reading and understanding these terms in full before starting to use the platform is mandatory.

2. Account Registration

To open an account and use the services on b99bet, a user must meet the following conditions:

• Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to b99bet immediately.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

3. Age Verification and Adulthood

At the time of registration, the user confirms that they are at least 21 years of age. b99bet may request age verification documents at any time, and if these are not provided, b99bet has the right to close the account. If any account is found to belong to a minor, all balances in that account will be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on b99bet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳300.

• Always use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Each deposit transaction may be reviewed by b99bet.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours

4.3 Currency

b99bet accepts only Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

b99bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply to using these offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total ৳62,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the total amount equal to the bonus multiplied by 15 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are only usable on the b99bet platform — they cannot be converted to cash.
• b99bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.

6. Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed while playing games on b99bet:

6.1 Sports Betting

• All betting markets are operated under rules set by b99bet.
• If a match is cancelled, b99bet may decide at its own discretion to refund the bet amount.
• b99bet reserves the right to void odds that were incorrectly offered due to a technical error.
• In-play betting during a match will be settled based on the final result.

6.2 Casino Games and Slots

• The outcome of all games is determined by a fair Random Number Generator (RNG).
• In the event of a disconnection, the result of an unfinished game will be determined according to the system log.
• Use of any external software or scripts during gameplay is prohibited.

6.3 VIP Program

The b99bet VIP program has five tiers, and a weekly cashback is offered at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's gaming activity and dedication to the platform. b99bet reserves the right to determine and change VIP status at its own discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on b99bet and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of a third party
• Abusing bonuses or attempting bonus arbitrage
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack, phish, or breach the security of the platform
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Gaining an unfair advantage through collusion with other users
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to dishonestly gain an advantage
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by b99bet

b99bet reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of terms and conditions
• Upon evidence of fraud or deception
• In the event of bonus abuse
• In the event of failure to complete identity verification
• For legal reasons or upon the direction of a regulatory authority

8.2 Closure by the User
